I'm looking for some assistance with a storm the has a dead screen.....well it has back light but nothing coming up. wat i wanted to know is if someone who has a spare screen could let me check if replacing the screen would fix the problem before i go about buying one.


anyone that is kind enough to assist me?

if the backlight can be barely seen , then is a screen you want


it's not hard to put in on spot..... always carry your phone to try the screen b4 buying it


the BB9500/BB9530 are the easiest blackberries to pull down and try the screen in :tu:

the phone actually pull down now still....wat i want to do is check it with a working screen b4 i buy. i cant walk into any cell phone repairs shop and tell dem i want to check it dem only gonna say there's a charge...and im not gonna pay them for that.

as i said i wanna check it first then if i see where that screen works then i go buy it...(not buying it here)
