Simple, pays alright, not as much as my browser cash, but you could combine both (mybrowsercash uses a popup notificaiton system while clixsense uses a toolbar). Tasks and offers work. Have to be around for when they alert you about the ad though, because they sometimes go away.
They also have offers which are as simple as just watching a video and tasks for finding business addresses and stuff like that.  
Also referral based.

This is my favourite, choose which task you want to do for money and hire people to do tasks, easy way to get your view and follow up on videos and sites, they have a high payout but they have to mail you a pin first (not to your email, but a yuh yard!!!) Not referral based though  >:(
