Hi,I have the point of sale module installed and I am trying to get an exisiting Thermal Reciept Printer working that we are using with an existing POS system. I am a completely novice when it comes to this stuff so I really need some help. When trying to print directly to the thermal reciept printer through printer preview it just prints a long blank piece of paper. This system we are using is Windows 7. When I look at the thermal reciept Properties > Ports it is connected via COM10 - Also noticed it uses the driver Generic / Text Only.If any one can help me it would be appreciated. Please try keep it simple and straight forward. Thank you
By the way,I want to use your POS thermal receipt printer to print EAN13 (http://www.keepautomation.com/products/word_barcode/barcodes/ean_13.html)/EAN8 (http://www.keepautomation.com/products/word_barcode/barcodes/ean_8.html),does it support the XP operating system in English?
