The Digitizer (Touch screen glass) is brand new but the other parts of the housing were being used on a phone that stopped working (board crashed). It was my personal phone and I took very good care of it, it was never used outside of being in a case so it looks brand new, not one scratch or scuff anywhere.
The price is $12,000, Other phone shops are selling these white housings for 10k Without the Digitizer.
