Let me help you along use google or direct your queries to the manufacturer. As to the idiot asking if it will resolve issues on an 8520 with signal issues...if your 8520 is dropping signal more than likely its a hardware problem that obviously this isnt going to solve. This product is for phones that do not have signal issues. Rather it is for areas with low signal or areas like a bank etc. that have installed signal blockers.
