They are BOTH fully furnished (Floor 12 posted separately) 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartments and both bedrooms air conditioned. Both on land facing side (Not the sea facing side). The only difference between them are: 12 has: washer & dryer, 3-stage water filter and couple things over 7. Floor 7 was paying the equivalent to USD $1,000 per month in Jamaican Floor 12 was paying USD $1,400 per month [attachment deleted by admin] |
