An interested buyer from downtown Kingston came to purchase this phone yesterday. They insisted to do it after 7-8pm at night. They came within 200 ft of the police station I was waiting at and started to call complaining that they cannot find the police station. Stating that everyone they asked did not know where the police station was. After I realized I was in a situation with someone unscrupulous I drove past them while they were on the phone with my windows up. The person was standing almost within arms length of the police station. Saying to me they are asking where the station is and still no one knows. Meanwhile I am witnessing the man not asking anyone. Dressed in black shoes black pants black sweater and with a black bandana.

I have all the necessary info, including how the person looks, should any authorities need to be involved. I rather let them do it, than defend myself.
