Phone was resting on passenger seat of vehicle when perpetrator brazenly breached vehicle perimeter while driver was stationary at traffic interesection. Assailant grabbed and ran off with phone into the ensuing traffic. Phone has since been blacklisted on all local carrier networks and reported to the authorities as stolen.
