Drag Race Event held @ Jamwest Speedway on May 31, 2009
Got to the event just after qualifying, drivers then went to lunch, everything was basically at a standstill at this point, the turnout was not the normal jam packed Jamwest vibe, but was a good turnout none the less. After a long wait, races started at about 2:15pm, from there on end it was basically non stop back to back racing.
Highlights of the day: The Lueboyz evo that put down a 9.82, the Cayman Skyline that definitely won over the heart of many Jamaicans with his share determination, but at the end due to some mechanical problems the car launched in RWD mode and not AWD mode, causing him to spinout which resulted in a minor crash which lost him the finals and gave the win to the Jamaican red Supra. But speaking to the Cayman Driver he said that win or loose it was a Joy to race his car in Jamaica, and it was also a Joy when he heard all the people applauding and cheering him on after his crash.

As far a footage goes, unfortunately i dont have much as i mistakenly was using a 2gb card and not my 8gb card
