What can Loyalty Points be redeemed for?
As of Friday May 29, 2009 customers now have the option of redeeming Loyalty Points for Digicel credit. Customers may also continue redeeming their Loyalty Points for discounts on handset purchases at Digicel dealer stores islandwide.
How does a customer redeem the Loyalty Points for credit?
Once a customer has a minimum of 100 Points, he/ she dials *131*100#,snd.
- Customer will then receive an on screen and SMS confirmation.
- Prepaid and hybrid confirmation message: “Your transaction was successful. JM $100 credit will be added to your prepaid account. Credit expires in 30 days. Best value from Digicel”
- Postpaid and dual account confirmation message: “Your transaction was successful. JM $100 will be added to your available balance. Best Value from Digicel.”
- For prepaid and hybrid account customers the credit will be added directly to the account.
- For a postpaid and dual account customers the amount redeemed will be applied as a payment in the Other Charges and Credits portion of the bill
